Meet Courtney Moss
My Story
My journey in mortgage lending began with my own experience as a first-time homebuyer. I remember the excitement, the anxiety, and the overwhelming amount of information that came with purchasing my first home. That experience taught me something invaluable: buying a home shouldn’t be stressful; it should be exciting.
After working in various industries, I found my calling in mortgage lending over 8 years ago. What started as a career change became a true passion. I discovered that I have a gift for taking complex financial concepts and making them simple and understandable. More importantly, I learned that every family’s situation is unique, and there’s no such thing as a “one size fits all” mortgage solution.
As a Texas native, I understand the diverse communities across our great state. From the bustling cities of Houston and Dallas to the charming small towns scattered throughout Texas, each area has its own character and housing market dynamics. This local knowledge, combined with my extensive lending experience, allows me to provide insights that truly benefit my clients.
Today, I’m proud to have helped over 500 families achieve homeownership. Each closing is a celebration, not just of a transaction, but of dreams realized, families housed, and futures secured. That’s what drives me every single day.

What Clients Are Saying
Real Stories. Real Results. People trust me because I listen, explain things clearly, and make the process smooth.
Community Involvement
I believe in giving back to the Texas communities that have given me so much. When I’m not helping families with their mortgages, you can find me volunteering with local housing initiatives, supporting first-time homebuyer education programs, and participating in community events throughout Texas.
Home isn’t just where you live; it’s where you belong. I’m committed to helping build stronger communities, one family at a time.
